I'm an IT Manager at GoodData, where I lead a small team and own the company's IT operations, security and infrastructure across a remote-first SaaS environment.
Over five years at GoodData I grew from Sr. IT Administrator into a leadership role — building processes, deploying SaaS-management and identity tooling, and improving how a tech company runs its internal IT. Before that I spent six years at Würth across IT administration and ecommerce, learning the operational side of IT in a traditional enterprise. Lately my focus has been AI enablement: I led the company-wide rollout of Claude (Anthropic), making AI part of how teams work day to day.

MKV, MPEG-TS and friends are remuxed on the fly into HLS-fMP4, served from a loopback server and handed to a plain AVPlayer — so Apple's stack does the hardware decode, Dolby Atmos passthrough and Dolby Vision on formats it could never open by itself. It is Aether's default engine on every platform.
